Annual Silverado Ball at Knotts Resort Hotel

The Annual Silverado Ball presented by the Buena Park Soroptimists was held at Knotts Resort Hotel, Miss Buena Park 2006-07 Marlena Del Hierro highlighted her year. Her speach was given before the selection of the new court for 2007-08 was announced….

Marlena gave a delightful farewell address and used a slideshow to highlight some of her experiences over the past year….

Marlena served our community very well in her role of Miss Buena Park, while continuing to attend Cal-State Long Beach full-time. She is a great role model for other students….

The event was attended by many local residents and Service Club Members. It was a very nice event and we thank the Soroptimists….

The new Miss Buena Park is Erica Beuster, with Princess Taylor Ross and Tiffany VanOver as 1st and 2nd runner-ups. Other members of the court are Jeanette Aguirre and Kayla Greulich. Reva Reeves and Kimberly Sipes were tied for Miss Teen Buena Park.
