Interact and Rotaract at Rotary Convention

First time Youth Programs at the LA2008 Rotary Convention! There were a number of first time ever activities for Interactors and Rotaractors at the Rotary Convention! Rotaract, RYLA, Youth Exchange and Interact Programs were offered. Youth attending the convention were invited to participate in the Plenary Session, focusing on youth “The Future of Rotary.” Buena Park Interactors and Rotarians Rode the Mertolink Train from Norwalk to Rotary International LA 08 Convention. Shown above are the boxes symbolizing the 250,000 Books that were collected for needy Children. Rotarian Advisors, Interactors and Rotaractors enjoyed meeting people from around the Rotary World.
