Ruth Ann McMillen

Described as a dynamo and a motivator exceptional, Ruth Ann McMillen is Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Centralia School District. Her service to the community is extensive and multi-faceted. Mrs. McMillen has volunteered and worked with Rotarians for several years. It is fitting that we honor her by making her an Honorary Member of our club.
