Carlos Franco earn 2012 Rotary New Generations Award in Buena Park, CA. On March 28th Carlos Franco was honored for his service in the community. The Awards luncheon was held at Knott’s Berry Farm. The Award was presented by District Gov. Greg Owen and Club Pres Beth Swift.
