Carlos Franco received his Rotary(PHF)Paul Harris Fellow Award from
DG Greg Owen, PDG Lane Calvert and Rotarian Dennis Salts.

Carlos has volunteered on Buena Park Rotary and District 4320 projects since 2006. He was honored for all his work in the community.
