Cordelia was the Creator of the meal that launched Knott’s Berry Farm –

Christiane Salts, Author, tells the story of Cordelia Knott at the Cypress Library.

Mrs. Salts is a local Historian and Author.

Because of her love for history, she published books on how to teach Literature

and Biographies.  Christiane was a Teacher for many years.
