Rotaract President Carrie Salts Earns the Presidential Citation

North Orange County Community Rotaract Club earned the Rotary International Presidential Citation for 2005-06. Carrie Salts was the Rotaract President when the club earned this honor. Buena Park Rotary President Steve Chen and Youth Director Dennis Salts presented a Service Award to Carrie. Rotary District 5320 Governor Lane Calvert presented the citation in December at the President’s meeting. Buena Park Rotary is the sponsoring Rotary Club. Buena Park also sponsors two other Rotaract Clubs at Soka and Hope Universities. The Presidential Citation is earned by fulfilling several service projects, either local or international.
